The Control Room
Has all the most important elements of the recording process. Yeah sure, there is a State-of-the-Art AKAI Digital Recorder, with Unlimited Tracking capabilities, numerous processors, amplifiers and cables, and all that...But the MOST important feature of THIS control room, is the DOUBLE PADLOCK with HAMMER & NAIL backup we installed on the door! We can (and have) locked the sound tech/producer in for so long that I swear he lost weight!
Once inside...
You can see the main console, or 'Mixer Thingy' as it is most commonly known. Then there are Left and Right Speakers, or 'Magic Boxes' like the ones in the Guitar room. Also we have here, various equipment, that if used correctly by anyone with a descent amount of talent, should be able to produce a product that won't make you STERILE everytime it is listened to!
Headphone
distribution and processing, is VERY important in order to lay down tracks! Unlike most Bands and musicians we know here in Burnips Michigan, PotatoeBabies feel it is important to actually HEAR what it is they are playing!
Mastering
and duplication is the coolest thing to have at our finger tips! We don't have to rely on some Ass-kiss dip-shit wannabe who thinks he's actually IN the band to get our product to the people!
